Kristin entered the Health, Fitness, and Nutrition Coaching field after a 10 year career as a licensed Psychologist in the field of eating disorders and women’s health. While she no longer practices therapy, she remains passionate about helping women grow into stronger, more confident, and overall more well versions of themselves. Kristin’s unique background allows her to not only create health and fitness plans that get results, but also to identify and work through the mental blocks that keep women stuck and unable to accomplish their goals.
Healthy as Heck Health Coaching is ideal if you’re:

Healthy as Heck Coaching sessions include:

Coaching sessions aim to build a sustainable wellness plan that will leave you feeling strong, balanced, and healthier than ever before. Not all of the strategies identified above will be utilized for every client. Coaching session plans will be tailored to the unique needs and goals of each individual client.
**Kristin has specific skills in helping eating disorder clients return to safe movement (*client must be actively working with a therapeutic team), intuitive eating and movement, and mindfulness.
Menopause Health & Fitness Coaching
Are you over 35 and noticing that changes in your hormones are making wellness goals harder to reach? Are the symptoms of perimenopause or menopause starting to make your body and life feel out of control? If so, menopause focused health and fitness coaching was created exactly for you!
The hormonal shifts that arrive as women move into mid-life can certainly feel like major obstacles to staying strong and healthy, however they can also be a tremendous opportunity to take your health to a whole new level. Healthy as Heck’s menopause focused coaching, utilizes the latest research and cutting edge coaching strategies to help you build habits that will both move you through this life transition with more ease and help this be a time where you experience a major glow up!
Menopause focused coaching includes many of the same strategies outlined above, but is geared specifically towards women aged 35 and older. It can take place either virtually or in person.
Private Yoga Sessions
Movement has always spoken to Kristin’s soul. She believes movement can not only change how you feel in your body, but also in your heart and mind. Yoga is a natural evolution of this belief system. Kristin offers private yoga sessions both in-person and virtually. A 30-minute consultation is strongly recommended to discuss goals, physical concerns, and to identify a session type. Options include Gentle, Vinyasa, Deep Stretch, and a signature Core Flow Yoga.
Pricing depends on the type of package selected.
The average investment is $80/hour.
